Course Objective:
This beginner-friendly course helps students become familiar with the basic knowledge and current trends in digital marketing and cross-border e-commerce. Students will explore key topics such as digital trends, online consumer behavior, customer journeys and experience, content strategy, AI applications in e-commerce, and practices of global brands. Through online lessons and an industry sharing session, students will learn from both the course content and real-world business perspectives.
Course Learning Outcomes:
Upon completion of this course, participants will be able to:
- Describe basic concepts and key trends in digital marketing, digital consumer behavior, and cross-border e-commerce.
- Explain the customer value journey and key aspects of customer experience in digital marketing.
- Understand how content strategy, brand storytelling, and digital channels support digital marketing communication.
- Explore how AI is transforming e-commerce marketing, from digital twins and AI product videos to hot product discovery, agentic workflows, and human-in-the-loop decision-making.
- Discuss how global brands approach e-commerce strategies and management practices.
Course Topics & Schedule:
Each session is 1 hour and will be delivered via Google Meet. All times are based on Taiwan Standard Time, GMT+8.

Eligibility
The lecture series is open exclusively to registered students of UAiTED member universities. Students from all major are welcome, and no prior experience with AI is required.
How to Register
- Applicants must be enrolled in a UAiTED partner university at the time of registration.

- Attend all sessions in full.
- Complete all required assessments.
Certificate of Completion
- Participants who meet all of the following criteria will receive a Certificate of Completion:
- Full attendance for all sessions.
- Proper sign-in and sign-out for each session.
- Completion of all required assessments.
- The certificate will include:
- Total learning hours.
- Assessment results.
Academic Recognition (Credit Transfer)
- Participants will be provided with the Course Syllabus, and a Certificate of Completion.
- These documents may be used for credit transfer applications at their home institutions, subject to individual university policies.

- All sessions will be conducted live via Google Meet. Please ensure timely attendance.
- Maximum capacity is 300 participants; registration will close once this limit is reached.
- Applicants will be selected based on the information provided during registration. Admission results will be announced on August 14, 2026.
- Certificate eligibility:
- Full attendance, along with proper QR code sign-in and sign-out, is mandatory.
- Completion of all assessments is required.
- Certificates will be issued after the conclusion of the lecture series.
