2024 Project Management Program – Online Course

Project management is an integral part of every profession, often performed without conscious awareness. Projects can range from simple to complex, involving individuals and resources from various disciplines, backgrounds, and even locations within an organization. Project Management encompasses the planning, organization, direction, and control of a series of tasks to achieve specific goals and objectives within the constraints of time, cost, and quality.
       This program introduces students to the principles of Project Management, and the course is offered free of charge.

Course Objective
This module introduces students to the principles of Project Management. It will be conducted in a lecture format with hands-on workshops and group exercises.

Learning Outcomes

  • Understand the nature of project management and its related activities, such as planning, estimating, the project life cycle, management roles, and project authority.
  • Learn how to plan and execute a project through tutorials  using common project management tools and techniques.
